[AVITI] Need to anonymize fastq header

Fastq read header from AVITI sequencer is : @<instrument>:<run name>:<flow cell ID>:<lane>:<tile>:<x-pos>:<y-pos>:UMI <read>:N:0:<index sequence>

The run name is the one is used in planned run. So it can contain several project names.
That is a big problem of confidentiality ! Must to hide this value.

Beware of 10X file : read identifier must stay the same between Reads and Index files.
